1) How do I order?

Select the number of items you wish to purchase on the product page the press the red button entitled "Add to Basket" to be taken to the Checkout screen. If you wish to add more items select the 'Continue Shopping' basket.

2) How can I refund a purchase?

Contact Us in the first instance for any refund enquiries. Unfortunately postage costs cannot be refunded.

3) How long does it take for my orders to arrive?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders the same day they are received, however some orders may be dispatched the next working day. For UK orders, Items are posted through Royal Mail and in our experience 99% of dispatched UK orders are received by the customer within 5 working days. For International orders, items are usually recieved by the customer within 21 working days, however this will depend on your own countries Mail service. 

Sodi's Gems cannot be held liable in any way if the Mailing company is responsible for any delays. Please note that when an order has been dispatched, a 'dispatch confirmation' email is automatically sent to the customer's email address.

Please note that orders dispatched on Friday may take up to 2 working days to arrive if in the UK, but possibly longer for international orders.

4) Can I have a tracking number with my purchase?

Tracking numbers can only be provided if items are purchased with Recorded Delivery.

Shipping is charged in accordance to the TOTAL weight of all the products being dispatched. The charge reflects the cost of Postage and Packaging and may be amended to reflect market costs of postage.

5) Do you sell wholesale?

Wholesale is dependant on the product, number of items and country of delivery. Please email us at Contact Us with the items you wish to purchase and we will advise you if we can assist.

6) Can I collect my purchase?

Items can only be collected from Sodi's Gems stall's but please note that these are not regular events. If you wish to collect your items then please Contact Us first before purchase to recieve a special code discounting postage costs.

After payment, if you are unable to collect your items then you will need to pay for postage costs for the item to be delivered. As such we will send an invoice for the amount owed.

7) Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide.

8) Do I need a Paypal Account to purchase?

No you do not need a Paypal account to purchase from Sodi's Gems. We use Paypal to process all card payment, however if you already have a Paypal account you can use your existing login details to make purchase.

Please note that that Sodi's Gems is not affiliated with Paypal and therefore can only dispatch items when funds are cleared.
